Bowman's Quiver If he could kick the ball really well we'd have stayed up as he sweked sereral guilt edge chances either wide or high in games that cost us points towards the end of the season.

It seems to me that there might be a lesson here that could inform future transfer activity and team selections.

Couldn't we just...sort of...you know...keep him. I know it's radical and visionary, but he's not that bad.

I am struggling to see why Premiership football clubs seem to want him... Yes he has a great personality, always lively and bubbly, and puts his weight around, but so does Vanessa Feltz.

It's precisely because he's not that bad that, when two clubs offer a reputed £5m for him, we should sell him. If he was really good, like MM, for example, then we probably ought to try and keep him.

Football management really is very simple, now I come to think of it.

Phew, any connection between this the English language appears purely coincedental.

sweked??
guilt edged? Did you mean gilt-edged?
Commas, and assorted other punctuation, are pretty helpful too!
I'll let you off with sereral, as it looks like a bit of a typo - and we can all do that.

Yes, I was wondering what 'sweked' meant too. What does it mean?

Is there any need for a connecting word?

I'd have gone for "and"! A very poor effort.

I'm struggling with sweked, but guilt-edged in this case is pretty much spot on. He should be bloody guilty about those misses.

Kitson4England I will confirm that you are VERY, VERY, VERY, VERY, VERY, VERY slow.

i was not asking for "stating the obvious merely asking if the rumours were true"

If a rumour was true it would no longer be a rumour.

Well to be strictly accurate you asked if anyone had heard anything to which the answer is "yes", this story has been around for a few weeks.
You're unlikely to get an answer to your second question, until the club announces something.

I went to a brothel the other week and was shocked to find lots of ladies selling sex for money.
