The Quiet Man Why would we want to employ a tactically limited failed bullshit merchant like Pardew - his future is surely in double glazing.

Deathy Just a rumour. Can't back it up really, as it's from the father in-law, but has allegedly been seen having dinner recently with John Madejski in Henley.
If Steve Coppell is adamant about a 'break' after this season, I suppose we must have at least half an eye on replacements.
Anyways, just a rumour.

Look at his managerial career and tell me seriously that he failed?

How do you know the succession plan is already in place - and what sort of plan is it?? I would be extremely surprised if Pardew was welcomed back here with open arms.Sun Tzu The succession plan is already in place for when Coppell leaves. I could see Pards perhaps in an advisory role but not as manager.
