FiNeRaIn I fully expect us to be beaten at least in the next 4 games comfortably.

I think the West Ham game is wide open. They're in a bit of disarray, mostly brought on by the Tevez-Mascherano business. We give them a good run, and this time we'll have a secret weapon - two strikers!FiNeRaIn Good post.
I fully expect us to be beaten at least in the next 4 games comfortably, anything more is a bonus. Even then after that we have pompey and tottenham which are tough asks aswell. Any point from now until the end of this difficult run is a bonus. I just hope the majority of reading fans remember who we are, and where we came from and support us during our coming defeats, as this will happen.

I don't
I half expect us to be beaten, but i half expect a draw at West Ham.
Arsenal aren't beyond a point at the moment either. Just hope they don't start playing well before they play us.
I fully expect at least one point from the next 4 games - and if we don't get any - I will still drink from my Reading FC mug with pride

Royalupnorth A point - a sole point. I haven't seen arsenal play all that well yet and I think it is possible to get a 0-0 draw.
Do you think Coppell will be saying to the team "go and get your arse(nal)s kicked?" No.
I believe.
And I will drink from my mug even if we get stuffed. Coz I love this team.

floyd__streete Just like to add my own thanks to the Reading team and management for a quite memorable week - I am always proud to support this little club of ours and I have certainly enjoyed myself following the team home and away these last few days.
Full credit to this side - our hard work ethic, no little skill and sheer guts have given us a cushion before a daunting run of games. It may well be belt and braces stuff over the next few weeks, watch people begin to doubt us again if we stumble once or twice over some difficult hurdles. I do hope that some of the whingers who frequent this board (for folk are fully entitled to their opinion, however unreasonable it may be) will be a little more forgiving of our players if things don't go our way over the next month or so because some of the stick dished out by keyboard warriors on here in the two weeks which followed the Wigan game was quite out of order imho.
Two wins in less than a week but I don't think we have cracked it yet. Just like I didn't think we'd p*ssed our chances up the wall after losing at Villa and Wigan. Let's get behind them over a testing next few weeks and we might just might be pleasantly surprised.
