Missing Royalty Points

Has anyone had any Royalty Points mysteriously disappear? I've somehow managed to lose 5pts inbetween last season and this season. I've had a look through my games but theres so many of them I can't think which one they've lost.

I have a season ticket now so quite frankly, It don't give a rat's backside.

Probably doesn't help you much but at least I'm happy

They cancelled the points added for obtaining a membership card on my account. Not sure if that was 5 or 10 points but the TO seem so clueless that I can't be arsed to challenge it.

Why would they cancel them and then put them back on?

Strange things are a foot at the Mad Stad ticket office.

My son and I lost points when our seats were moved during the HST debacle (I still long for my old seat). These were finally returned last week after 9 months of calls, emails and faxes. Good Luck.
