Royal With Cheese Long may it continue!

Which reminds me of Shane Long - think the Prem has come just a season or two early for him. Think he would benefit from a loan spell at a Championship club. Most of the others have stepped up to the plate remarkably well.

Believe it or not, we still had k*obs sitting behind us in the west who were slating Oster throughout the game and calling for him and Seoul to be substitued straight after half time.

I was left shaking my head in disbelief again !

Give 'em a slap for me. What utter idiots.

Seol gets on my nerves sometimes with the way he slows the game down when he's played on the wing, but he does his job and in the forward position that isn't a major problem as he holds the ball up well.

Can you stop shouting please!

Agree that Oster deserves a chance, but disagree with regards to Hunt, think he has been a suprise to a lot of people this season with his performances, they have been good, so cant see why Oster should be way ahead of him

Jackson Corner MOTM The premiership suits him. Remember WBA at home in the cup last season he played really well. Tough call for SC on Weds to leave him out or play Glenn.

I would go for Oster, no disrespect to little who is a magician when fit and on form, but Oster's performance on Saturday deservers a chance for him to start at Newcastle (instead of the bench).

Otherwise what does he need to do to start? His creativity could be a points grabber on Wednesday.

Hunty did perform his instructions well, and he played behind Doyle and Seol, making sure Gary Speed didn't see any of the ball

Oster made Ben Haim look like a mug most of the game, he will come up against better left backs than him

obviously the newcastle fans dont like oster - hence the boos but i think he played well yet again, esp after little came on and he switched to the left. linked up well with murty and shorey and another great assist.

it seems that we are blessed with Coppells squad.

As one player flags (or gets injured), another steps to the plate and disposeses him of his team place.

Jonny O is having his "15 minutes" of fame

and well deserved too
