StrandedY21_RoyalRoyalBlue Seol created plenty of chances for us again on Saturday - describe those he created for Watford?
How about the second goal where he was so far out of position and so slow in getting back that in gave Watford a free cross into the box?
Halford's fault, and then mainly Hahnemann's Seol was closing down one player and Halford had backed off leaving the 2nd player in space.

RoyaleeChaney people just make up their minds they don`t like a player, and no matter what that player does they will not change their opinions, it was the same with Andy Hughes, dig your f*cking head out of the sand and looking at performances rather than the man, I counted at least 6 times when golden boy Hunt gave away cheap possesion on Saturday but I dont see his own thread here..sorry I was forgetting, he runs around like a headless chicken flying into tacklrs so that makes him a good player!!!
The frustrating thing is that Seol has far more ability than Hunt, but plays no better due to his lack of effort. I have, however, pointed out in the past that just because Hunt puts in maximum effort (which I respect), it does not mean he is anywhere near the best player on the park every week.
We lost on Saturday because we played with no wingers, meaning Seol and Hunt were BOTH poor. However, I am more angry at Seol than Hunt because Hunt has his limitations, whereas Seol has the ability to be easily one of the best players at the club, but wastes his talent. Seol is not crap, but he needs to up his effort just like Lita did in order to contribute to our team to the required level - you can't carry passengers at this level.

Just spotted your location - and it explains so much. Bournemouth Uni, now there's a hotbed of academia; or maybe it is a dumping ground for people who couldn't get into a real university. I'll go for the latter.

West Stand Man Not an insult - merely a statement of fact. If you'd stick to facts about Seol we'd be on a par.

Henleyensian My main criticsm of Seol on Saturday was his allowing Foster to beat him to the ball when he was going for goal. Foster is an excellent keeeper but I believe even he would have been beaten if Seol had passed it back to his oncoming team mate (can't remember who) who would have had an open goal to shoot at.

It was hardly Halford's fault! He got bugger all defensive cover from Seol all game. On that occasion he was out numbered because Seol was ambling about in front of him. Seol is completely inept at the back and offers no support to his full back, hence why DLC has been playing with him.

Coppelled Streets Much rather see a youngster get a game at right wing, or Halford and Del Boy at right back. Anything but Soel.

Seol is consdierably better than any of our youngsters (currently). Next season James Henry may be pushing, but right now I can;t see the point in fielding a weakened side for no good reason..

Elm Park Old Boy I find the negativity about Seol depressing. On Monday at the Newcastle game, virtually every time he had the ball someone near me was moaning about how useless he was, usually before he had a chance to do anything!
Maybe the opposition know something - I noticed they doubled up on him all the time. But still the whingers complaiend when he passed to someone free instead of instantly beating both defenders.
Give him a break - he's got a lot of talent and can still give us a lot.

brendywendy he played ok, varies his game, doesnt attempt the same thing each time
gets past players more often than not, passes back and keeps possession when nothings on, and holds the ball up well waiting for support in the box
he has also added more running, and tackling to his game but no one gives credit
despite hunt being far more wasteful, little being just as slow, and not quite as good as he was in his last few matches
its just double standards, i get so sick of the whingers i have to doubly support seol when he does something good just to piss thgem off, even though im not his biggest fan myself.
