I was sat away from my new Season Ticket just up from you and as you weren't outside at H/T I assumed you'd given up
See you Saturday

The 17 Bus Big Foot is not allowed to spot you tho, as it will be his last ever spotted.
Must be great to gloat over attendances, freezing cold, expensive tickets on match day, until they extend though you cannot be proven right Schards, IF we fail to sell 30k in an expanded stadium against the top 4 I will admit that you were, until then not. A game aganst blackpool on a freezing tuesday proves nothing at all.

I think it's a reasonable assumption to make that if you can't sell out a 24,000 stadium, you can't sell a 30,000 one. I don't think you actually need to see the 6,000 empty seats at a cost of £20 million odd to demonstrate this.

none of the Y26 sh!te, that has been embarrassing

working class hero You also need to factor in that with extra seats unit costs can be cut to fill them - and still bring in more cash per game.
I suspect that if we go up there will again be a huge swell in demand. Perhaps we should start to extend so we can be finished for next season. Then sell on a 2 year contract for STs so that over the 2 seasons the seat cost is totally covered.
I hope that half STs this time around are not being sold on the same terms as full STs. It would be nice to see those who kept the faith at the start of this season getting an advantage over those who lacked belief!

You won't see him on Saturday. He'll be in Glasgow. HTH. Plus he goes outside at half time to keep me company whilst I'm having a cigarette. Not that it has anything to do with you. Of course.

Sun Tzu We need to bear in mind that Schards made his 'no expansion' statement based on his knowledge that we would be relegated and there would be a global recession.
Clearly in an economic downturn and playing the likes of Blackpool and Coventry in midweek / televised Championship games filling a 24k stadium is not likely.
In terms of the longer term future of the club though there still isn't really an argument against needing a bigger ground.

Please tell me this in tongue in cheek.
No doubt when we finally have a home game on a Saturday that isn't televised, it'll duly sell out. Only time will tell.
