Hull have the same problem, trying to do too much too quickly and not being able to get the signings they really wanted. It may be even worse for them, because they do their business in the open and potential signings have seen failure after failure.

The original post ignores the fact that any player who shows the ability to hold his own in a top ten premiership side will be sold within a year of showing that promise.

I would stake any amount of money that the achievements of Coppell in both Championship (1st with record points) and the Premiership (8th) will never be bettered unless we were bought out by a multi billionnaire who throws unlimited money at it. Yet, unbelievably, Coppell seems a hate figure for some village idiots on here.

I don't wish death on anybody- I'm the bigger man not to get riled over a petty football forum. You lost your composure, made a silly comment joking or not and look a bit of a tit as a whole because of it.
