FAO Snowball, Shane Long took his chances well today, but he should have scored more this season. Fair play to you for constantly backing him and I believe some of the comments aimed at you has been a bit out of order. Today you have been 'proved' right, next week who knows? The constant praise can be a bit boring and your repeated 'who scored?' was getting a bit tedious. We all know he works hard, but as a striker he SHOULD score more. Well done Shane....keep it up.

But, under McDermott, only Gylfi has scored more than Long,

and, under McDermott, Long has scored a very creditable
one goal every 225 minutes (2.5 games) only beaten by Gylfi
and edged by Church who has scored fewer goals.

I have said over and over again, you judge players over a longer
period of time and ACCURATELY assessing their goal-scoring while
taking into consideration their minutes played.

Even including this season's barren spell, over his RFC career
Shane is scoring a goal every 250 minutes or two-and-three-quarter games
and if he averages that for this season he'll get 17 goals.

I don't like him a great deal, but I'd like him a whole lot more if snowball shut up.

You were doing quite well until you resorted to childish insults.

If you know they are childish insults
you must have solved the very difficult

I pointed out your efforts are counter productive, you started slinging insults. As always.

Pathetic. Aren't you a grown adult, into your 60s? Take a good long look at yourself if that is the best comeback you can offer.

Snowball Open play goal.

who scored it?

Who scored their first ever league goal against Derby? Who scored their second ever league goal against Derby? Who seems to score a lot of goals against Derby?

If only he could score against the other teams in the league as regularly as he does against Derby he would be worthy of the praise you shower him with every day of your life.

Great three points, actually thought Derby were possibly the best side I've seen this season. Although I think QPRs performance was probably ruined by Taraabt being a little :o . At least in an attacking sense, wasn't sure about the defence and Savage just has no regard for other players safety.

I agree - a lot of the teams we have drawn against recently have been distinctly average (Leeds and Coventry come to mind) wheras QPR looked a cut above everything else in the League
Derby going forward looked every bit as good - this was an excellent result, albeit a little fortunate
