Sarah Star
Libertine The MBM said Cummings replaced by Karacan because of an injury.

Any details? Serious? :(

Gooding said something about hamstring, but not sure how serious if that's true

Thanks Sarah.

Hopefully not too serious at all...

3-3 is great considering we were 2-0 down - and that Long got another, Hunt is scoring regularly and Kebe got one.

Happy and roll on Tuesday!

Missed opportunity to catch up with Leeds but the way the game started I would have taken a point.

It's understandable people being happy with a point after the way we started.

However, that relief masks the fact that this was a game we needed to win and should have done if it really is felt that the team is capable of pushing on for a play-off place.

Games are starting to run out and we are still a long way off the play-off places, so this was two points lost rather than won.

And before the eternal optimists start quoting Blackpool, who is our Charlie Adam and is McDermott as good as Holloway?

Good news on Cummings from the OS...only a cramp. Not so good news for Ivar, groin problem.

Probably Kish in then for Everton as Pearce still seems some way from fitness.

Great news for the fans though- means he may well have played his last game for the club thank goodness- was absolutely woeful at the back. Mills wasn't a lot better for those who didn't go to the match

Are you actually serious?! Ivar was a quality player, and an absolute legend at the club. Thought he's looked solid as ever since he's come back in for the Donny game. Fair enough he may of had a bad game today, but why the knee-jerk reaction all of a sudden?

Just to add, i would play Zurab over him, but still, how an earth can you come to that conclusion?!

Are you actually serious?! I've maintained throughout the whole season that Ivar is not a player that should be in the starting line up of a team who are "aiming for promotion". He was shoddy against Watford last week and woeful today and also he doesn't communicate with Mills. Granted he's a great servant to the club but times change and the opinions of some fans should also change alongside that

Great news. Sorry, but it really is. He has been dreadful. Not the same player he was, sadly. Kish coming in is a real positive, but a little too late in sorting out that mess of a defence.

Jeffers - Fans' opinions can change for sure but those with even a shred of decency would not show the level of disrespect you have to Ivar Ingimarsson. Typical of a minority on here but sickening nonetheless.

exactly - out of order. To say he can't communicate when he's been an absolute rock in defence for many years and captained the team successfully is clearly b*llocks.

Well I can understand some of the frustration with Ivar, his form today and for the last few has been off to downright horrible. But personally I will not engage in dumping on him for 2 reasons. First, what he has meant to us in the past and secondly every player, no matter how good they are, go through stretches where they are off their game. Remember early in the year, when Shane's form was pretty much shite? Well how you feeling about Long now? Maybe Ivar is slowing down and losing it. Maybe this groin thing is something he has been trying to play through trying to be a "team player"? Maybe a combination of both? I dunno. But I am gonna cut him some slack and to an extent agree with the people who say right now it might not be a bad thing if someone else is in the line-up in his place. I am hoping this was not the last game which Ivar donned a Reading uniform though.

I wonder if he has been playing with the injury, didn't they say he was injured and ready to be substituted as the 2nd or was it third was scored?

just watched it on i-player. 3 observations:
1. Long didn't appeal for penalty so not sure why defender got cross at him. He defo should have been booked which would have been the 2nd one of the match so he would have been off. Very, very lucky for Palace.
2. Was McCarthy poor? Looked it to me.
3. Couldn't see how ball was over line as others have claimed.
