One of the Play Off places has already been claimed -

And they wonder why people think they are arrogant!

How that will come to haunt them should they fail to finish top six.

I have it on good authority that they are working on their ticket policy for the Champions League final in 2013 now.......

So they have a plan ready, seems sensible to me considering where thye are, much like the Man C thing, plans have to made. It does not smack of arrogance at all IMHO, and is not on the same planet as the Liverpool thing

Have plans by all means (I would hope even Reading have or are discussing plans) but why the need to announce them? Who needs to know now?

Perhaps the buzz in Leeds is to do with the possibilities of a play off, so they want to know where they stand re tickets, much of that release is confirming what should be common knowledge, but probably isnt. eg they have over 40k members, and not all will geta ticket.

Then again don't we have even more than that!!

What's wrong with Leeds letting their fans know the ticket situation "should it happen"?

There's a 100+ page thread on the other board moaning about the Man City tickets but apparently planning in advance and keeping your supporters informed is somehow arrogant?

Wimb Forest and Leeds are pretty much write offs in terms of a win. We haven't beaten a top team away since arguably Birmingham over 2 years ago and even getting a point looks very hard to come by

Err, why?

Forest have won once in about nine league games haven't they? This isn't Barcelona and Inter we're up against here, it's a couple of championship sides in an average league.

Personally I think we'll lose at Leeds but have a chance at Forest

+ 1

It seems eminently sensible, rather than arrogant, to prepare for something that most people think is a real possibility occuring.

What would be arrogant is Leeds issuing details of the parade through the City Centre to celebrate becoming Champions...

So in the Championship, we have won just once away at a top 6 club in the last 27 months. And this was supposed to prove Wimb wrong?

I think it's a bit silly to describe the Leeds and Forest games as "write-offs," given their patchy form and that we're close to them in terms of quality, but our record in the league at good side over that period is clearly rather poor.

We've got a point plenty of times.

I don't actually think we're all that good, but it's not a good league and we can beat pretty much anybody in it.

The fact that Swansea, QPR and Scunthorpe are the only teams that have/can do the double over us, shows how even this league can be.

I'm on about where they ARE, not where they WERE.

Should I talk about where Derby WERE (the day we played them) or where they are now, which, presumably measures their true quality
