Royal Lady If I were the FA and I let them go up - I would say they can't have any parachute money (even when they go down, they can't receive any tv money and they can't sign players for 6 months, plus they have a 10 point deduction on entering the Prem. See how the cheating barstewards like it then.

Tricky. Not sure I know the various relationships between, Premiership, Football League and FA

BBC-The football league has contacted all promotion chasing clubs saying that the dates of the play offs may be moved back a week.

Interesting.

Would be interesting if you can point us as to where you got this info from?

Got it from 5 live on the BBC noon bulletin, don't take the papers as gospel but if the BBC are on top of it I find it interesting.

Very interesting. If I supported QPR I might be feeling a bit nervous about the next few days.

I'm nervous any how. If they have 15 deducted, that puts them in 4th. We have QPR in the play-offs, with no Leigertwood. Seriously hoping this doesn't happen.

Yeah, the LOLS could be on us as much as QPR.
Oh well, I'd take it if we both failed in the play offs

Yeah, this is just fecking great isn't it? QPR get deducted 15 points, they win the playoffs beating us in the semi-final. Seems the real losers are us/ Swansea/ Forest, not QPR :|

IF

QPR found guilty and not relegated

If they were refused promotion then

Second club are champions.

3-4-5-6 fight it out for promotion and winner at Wembley is promoted.

If QPR then lose their appeal, LOSING Wembley finalists get promoted as well

If QPR win appeal, then no probs.

Therefore NO NEED TO DELAY POs unless there's a points deduction which specifically put QPR into the POs

Once again it's appearing as though the FA couldn't organise a p*ss up in a brewery!

Reading QPR topics on 606 shows that the fans are very nervous about this. To be honest, the FA pissing all over Colin's celebrations this week with tension and nerves will be of some comfort to me even if they get away with it.

Here's my favourite:

If they do dock them 15 points then I think that's pretty ballsy IMO. We aren't losers by any means. Win two games and we're at Wembley, win that and we're in the Premiership.

And as such I'm starting to think that the "leaked 15 point deduction" is looking more and more likely.

Except we'd have to play them, without one of our 4 best player, when they are superior to anyone else we'd have to play.

IMO barring promotion or relegation aren't likely outcomes. And even if they were it would mean the play off positions get shunted down a bit and then happen as normal, not the Final losers get promoted.

I am sure i read that any clubs affected by a possible delay in the Playoffs have been contacted by the FA. Read into that what you will.

Or a bigger one that puts out of play off contention

Love the statement by QPR's manager that "everything was done in good faith" - like that makes it OK

I still reckon a points deduction NEXT season is the best way out of all this mess.

I'm sure that Torquay, Hereford and all the others to suffer from punishments could say the same thing.

Although they weren't accused of trying to falsify documentation
