daveb76 always been worried about it but I've always been of the opinion we are innocent until proven guilty and I'm not sure what has happened warrants a points deduction when you look at the facts of the case rather than looking at what hapepend to Luton and others with compltly different charges. You can compare the unlicenced agent to the Luton case ore the bristol City one, either way it shows the FA don't have a standard punishment for that.
I think the fa will hit us with a deduction if we are found guilty as they have made that pretty clear with the leaks but give it a year or two and the european court of law will end up making third party ownership legal, much like the bosman ruling, and they will have dug themselves a really big hole.
i shall enjoy the week though, we are champions and deservedly so, not something we see very often down our way.

daveb76 i saw the 37 page thread on QPR and thought it was worth offering another side to the story rather than the hysteria that was being whipped up.

But it seems more and more that the "hysteria" is likely to be the reality of the situation. Where does that leave the other side of the story?

daveb76 yeah the falsifying documents would appear the most serious of the charges and is the one that I think would get us a points deduction if we are guilty but no one really knows what the fa feel we lied about, could be the fee, could be the agents name, could be what we paid the club, could be the date, no one has a clue apart from those invovled who are obviously staying quiet.

not the reality at all, you had talk on here of relegation, 30+ points taken off over two seasons, it was a bit barmy really when you see what the actual charges are. No one knows the reality of the situation at the moment until it's all done and dusted unless anyone really believes the sun of course and the journo invovled in that story has admitted most of the story was guesswork.

I thought that the FA had informed you of what you needed to do to ensure that the player was made a QPR player and not owned by a third party.
You then submitted documents to them to show that you had done what had been asked of you without ever having done it?

Royal Lady 9 posts - and been monitoring the board previously, waiting to see if anyone started a 37 page thread on QPR and a possible points deduction? How odd. I've never wasted my time arguing on another club's forum or indeed monitoring it to see if they mention Reading!
