Royal Lady Surely if the FA were going to allow the team finishing 7th tomorrow into the play-offs - they'd need to give them a bit more notice? Our tickets go on sale tomorrow - they won't be able to do anything until Monday pm at the earliest, and I can't believe the clubs involved will have been given prior warning, because it would have leaked out by now. :|

Just laughable really, as things stand depending on the QPR punishment.

Cardiff could go up automatically or play QPR, Reading, Forest, Burnley, Leeds or Millwall in the play offs!

It's much the same for all other teams involved, ticketing will be interesting!

Wycombe Royal
Royal Lady It will be an abomination if they don't suffer as a result of their blatant cheating and lying. :x

So you have seen the evidence and know they are guilty then?
I know that unless the FA had enough evidence they wouldn't be having this hearing in the first place. I know what the charges are - and you can't just make up charges for the sake of it.

On that kind of reasoning, we should give up having trials and just punish the charged.

It's not a court case about a bloody rapist or anything is it?

The FA would not, imo, bother to go to all the trouble of a hearing - charging QPR with 7 charges, if they didn't believe that they were right. Until the news of this hearing came about, I along with, I suspect, most football fans, would have been none the wiser about what they allegedly did or didn't do.

Just like the CPS never take cases to court unless they have evidence. Doesn't mean they always get it right though.....not guilty verdicts do occur you know.....

You can laugh. Let's wait and see what the punishment is shall we? In the meantime, I'm allowed to specul8 as much as the next man, or woman.

I don't see your logic. The FA charged them so therefore they must be guilty as they wouldn't have charged them otherwise......why are they having a hearing then if they are already guilty?

Because they're entitled to a hearing I presume.

I don't profess to know the ins and outs - but I'm entitled to say what I think. As are you. But you don't find me picking people up on what they are speculating on, neither do I laugh at them.

So your view is that they are guilty of all 7 charges (5 for QPR and 2 for Paladini) just on the logic that the FA would not have charged them otherwise?

Just because the FA think they are guilty it doesn't mean they actually are and from what I have heard most of their evidence is circumstantial and rather flakey.......

My grandad always said you have to fight fire with fire, probably the reason he was sacked from the fire brigade.

Who Moved The Goalposts? From Twitter...

bbc_matt Matt Slater
Interesting tidbit, I'm hearing FL can't now confirm Championship trophy will be at Loftus Rd after all. I make no further comment

It gets more intriguing!

Football League have confirmed QPR will receive the trophy.

Twitter is a dangerous tool!
