Alan Partridge
Maguire
M-U-R-T-Y

RIP AF1

Not quite sure the best bit of this pic.

is it

a) she is clearly abolute filth
b) RIP AF1 next to her
c) alan Carr turning up to a Reading game front left
d) the guy clearly checking out blondie's knot

I'm going for D.

End left of the row is an old mate. The guy next to him and the guy bottom right of the picture are twins who for the life of my I can never remember their names so are routinely referred to as "the twins"...! But I prefer the other twins in the picture

WTF? That's not where it came from, did it? (I can't access FB from work)

If so, that's massively hypocritical of RFC - considering the context of this picture with the Cardiff crowd surge.

"Sit down, shut-up, don't gesture or taunt the away supporters. If you do, you'll either be warned and/or thrown out - or we'll put you on Facebook to show what fun it is at football."

I bet the picture comes down pronto as soon as the safety manager twigs it's on-line.

I can only imagine those that think Harte is the answer have just been asked "who's the slowest player in Reading's squad?"

It's ok if some slaggy woman does it though, and to be honest she is not part of the core 16-30 male demographic which RFC would happily be rid of so that they can win Family Club of The Year again.

It's not quite as marvellous as this one, unfortunately.

Wimb Happily accept somebody writing a bit on where our tactics are falling down on The Tilehurst End... sounds a good piece to me.

thetilehurstend@gmail.com for anybody who wants to apply :D

Sorry, not got the time to write a full piece at the moment.

We have four main strikers that have scored one goal between them in the last 5 games, two first choice wingers who have scored a goal each all season and a defensive centre midfield.

Our main goal threat is a poacher and has probably never had to work so hard in his life, due to our inability to play to his strengths.

Oh for a Snodgrass or a Lallana. Just our luck to have reportedly the best winger in the league who doesn't want to play for us and our other winger who seems to struggle with the weight of the captains armband.

leicsRoyal ...our other winger who seems to struggle with the weight of the captains armband.

He's lost his attacker verve yes, but that was coming last season and I don't think he's much worse now than he was for the last few months last season (I'm sure he got quite a bit of stick at times last year too).

I don't think it's the armband, it's more a combination of getting older, slower and being played out on the left for two years.

He seemed to play with a lot more freedom last season. This season he seems too disciplined!

You're kidding? Last season he spent half his time on the left covering Harte behind him.

He also had a highly experienced player behind him that could push him into space and find the right ball for him. Jobi is now that highly experienced player as far as Mills is concerned.

I like the fact that the photo contains every conceivable facial expression.

Wondered why he didn't turn up yesterday.
