Reported. I've had enough of this simpleton abusing innocent posters who just wish to talk about football.

and how exactly is this (the post I responded to)

"talking about football"?

That was nothing other than classic Ian Royal piggy-backing, attacking me for the sake of it

SCIAG
You made no serious claims as to Harte's ability other than "he will score and assist and be better than Williams", to claim that makes you RIGHT when he does score from set pieces is weird. I mean, you were right, but that was something nobody doubted, and it was in the context of you knowing better than everyone else.

In your DREAMS. I was posting saying that we had done better ad Carlisle had
dropped like a stone within a few matches of him joining us

and being ridiculed, of course. Until he scored a shed-full, that is

What? You can write that and my "ginger twat" comment about Fochs get deleted.. WTF is the world coming to? Can one no longer have a resonable and sustained go at Estate agents?

TBF, as horrendous as estate agents are... Snowball is infinitely worse. So it's okay.

Odds on promotion cut from 6/1 to 4/1, 16/1 to be champs

Surprised to see you can get Birmingham at 13/2 and spread bets for them to beat 78 points

SCIAG If you're going to include international goals then it is 28.

Not my point. If I have 5 apples I also have 4 apples
but I don't have six apples

I just LOVE the way this list works.

The original point was I said Shane Long would be a 20-Goal a season Championship player

He WAS. End. The fact that he EXCEEDED my prediction has now got a load of saddos
scurrying around desperate to prove I may be a goal out, as if somehow then I'd be wrong. So what if I am?

The point is what I predicted came true and then some. That's the important bit.

And I made that prediction, stuck to it, bet on it and made money on it, in the face of ridicule

Just to pick up on the bolded point above. The original discussion was that Long needed to be dropped in about late October/November because he wasn't doing enough to win us games. He was scoring enough and didn't look like he was ever going to score from open play (obviously if he played a full season he would, that's just a little poetic licence).

The general point was that if he was taken out of the side we might've scored a few more goals and won a few more games pre-Christmas.

You turned it into a statfest and proving that he could statistically score the number he did but the theme of the Long criticism was his contribution and goals from open play.

Of those 24 goals (or however many goals you want to give him) I think 6 or 7, maybe more, were from the spot and so not from open play, the original source of criticism from most.

Carry on.

WLWWLWWWWLWLWWW

We have won 04 of the last 06 - 2.00 points per game
We have won 05 of the last 07 - 2.14 points per game
We have won 06 of the last 08 - 2.25 points per game
We have won 07 of the last 09 - 2.33 points per game
We have won 08 of the last 10 - 2.40 points per game
We have won 08 of the last 11 - 2.18 points per game
We have won 09 of the last 12 - 2.33 points per game
We have won 10 of the last 13 - 2.31 points per game
We have won 10 of the last 14 - 2.14 points per game

so if suddenly had average results say we won 6 drew 5 and lost 5 of last 16 games - that gives us 74 - how many times has that got a team in play off over last 15 years?

you'd like to think that burnley, palace, donny, portsmouth, forest and peterboro games might deliver those wins. run is difficult so i think we may finish around 75 mark....

Of course it could always happen, OOTM, and the next one (Burnley) is a real toughie
but until a run changes drastically I would always go with its average ppg.
