The 'If I ran the club....' Thread

If you were in a position to directly affect RFC policy, what changes would you make to the current system in place. This whether it be ticketing, marketing, media, matchday experience, the whole lot really.

It's quite easy to notice a problem but I'd be interested to hear peoples opinions on how to rectify them.

Personally, I'd love to change the standard and delivery of the matchday food and drink sales. I think its shambolic, and we could definitely learn a thing or two from other clubs that I have visited. How would I change it? I'm not 100% sure  Maybe we need a Jamie Oliver esc revamp of the whole system.

What do you reckon?

East Stand
Only serve food outside and just serve quality beer.
Ale or lager, and how many of each should be the only questions.
£3 a pint - £5 for 2.
Sorted.

Waitrose people can sit in the West stand and worry about the food there.

Ban the General public from attending
Sack the manager after every defeat
If the players hadn't done enough then give the big thumbs down and release the lions

People with more Royalty points getting ticket priority ahead of those who have bought a ST, as it was last year.

Cheerleaders (as close to the charming ladies at Selhurst Park as we can muster).
Kiss-o-grams on the big screen.
Mobile hot dog vendors.
Drop ales, replace with WKD (in either 'Blue' flavour OR 'White' flavour).
All pre- and post-game music selected from a local Grime scene anthology.
Regulation chants to be composed by stadium management. Drum brigade to be taught new chants and set list.
No chanting non-regulation chants or chants out of their place in the set list.
Enforce a strict 'no wig-/jester hat-/novelty size foam hand-no entry' policy.

Well, it's both.

ST Status + Royalty Points, Then just Royalty Points
