Not even meriting a spot on the bench today... We could have done with a natural CM rather than the constant McAnuff experiment which never seems to work. More than meets the eye I think.

Wasn't working well with Gorkss (although was better than Gorkss) my guess is with Mariappa and Morrison as the alternatives BMac isn't willing to go with a central defence partnership of two relatively young and inexperienced players unless he has to. So he dropped Pearce instead of Gorkss to see how Mariappa performed.
