Love it.

How can they claim it would be a great escape or Harry's finest achievment if they stay up? He is the 5th best paid manager in the Prem. They have so far spent 16 million in the window and are looking to spend more. The current wage bill is 100% higher than the clubs turover. All they will prove is money gets you what you want.

"I fined a player last week and he was earning more than any player earned at Tottenham. You shouldn't be paying massive wages when you've got a stadium that holds 18,000 people.
"Newcastle holds 52,000 and most of their players will be nowhere near some of the wages some of the players are earning here."

Tony has spunked so much money on the Fakies, particularly on getting rid of Colin, hiring and firing Hughes who bought badly on big wages, that he is like a poor gambler chasing his losses at the bookies.

Thing is with the cash he's got he can afford to lose for lose for a while yet.

Whether they stay up this season or not it can only end in tears.

Redknapp really is a pcunt isn't he? How much was he paying people at Pompey when Fratton Park only holds about 20,000.

All of QPR's signings will surely know this season that, should the club go down, they will get a move away. They won't have the fight we have, and I don't think their extra quality will compensate.

I despise this club so much; nasty managers, scumbag players, shitty stadium, bastard arrogant fans who think they're "big". Big? You can only fit 18,000 fans in. When was the last time you won anything? What will you ever achieve in the shadow of Chelsea? I hope that they're firmly on the road to liquidation; none of this administration bollocks for these c*nts.

I fail to see the opposition/hate/jealousy for an owner with ambition, the comparisons with us and Pompey are quite frankly, embarrassing.

Pompeys owners struggled to pay their stationary bill with staples, not having two pennies to rub together, we have TF and Mittal, both ambitious and both wanting the club to succeed.

We have sponsorship that other clubs can only dream of, we have owners willing to spend on quality players to withhold our EPL status, Southampton spent far more than us, yet they seem to have gained some sort of 'Free from critisism' card, the ambition the owners have include a new stadium, training facilities and more quality players, as for Harry, he's given what he's allowed, TF was the catalyst to signing Remy, not Harry. Under him, we've become a team again, all this before he ventured into the transfer market, either he's a good manager, or Hughes was utter dogshit.

A hint of jealousy and outlandish coverage on here, is testament to what the owners want to achieve opposed to what happens at Reading, god forbid you lot buy this bloke for 8.5m, more than what we'll pay for M'Vila, keep with the posts, it tickles me.

QPR have been happy pissing truck loads of money the club only has through Fernandes up the wall to over-rated mercenaries and ubertwats for a few seasons now, and it's getting them nowhere. Brilliantly. But they continue to throw money at it rather than try and actually put together a decent team. Anything happens to Fernandes and QPR are liable to implode, even more hilariously than they currently are with him.

Saints may have spent bigger (proof please) on transfer fees but they clearly haven't gone anywhere near as far down the ridiculous wages route. And they're a bigger club, with a bigger stadium and bigger fanbase. And they probably needed to spend a fair bit to try and compete given they were in League One 18 months ago.

It's only history repeating if the owners have no money.

You really are a think brainwashed twat. The owners of Pompey had money. What they do though is run the football club separately then when they get bored pull the plug leaving the club with outgoings miles bigger than it can afford.

This may not happen to QPR but its astonishing that you don't even show one bit of caution with this. You pull ya pants down lad.

+10000

'They never 'ad it so good'

Turned out nice didn't it saggy? 'Sol was a free' Playing for nothing were they mate? Hearts of gold those lads down there.

I hate Redknapp, he is an absolute div, a total thief and the biggest con man in football. Steve McLaren has more on his CV than Redknapp yet Sky think the sun shines out of his arse because he'll give them a few quotes about players contracted to other clubs. Cnuts the lot of them.

This pretty much summs up what I feel about him. It's the celebrity culture we have has allowed Redknapp to be positioned by the media as a better manager than he is. I can't watch Sky Sports News for fear of throwing things at the TV when HArry does one of his chummy interviews - either a press conference or out of his feckin car window.
