Mixed feelings on this one.

Don't imagine this will save us this season, but it does at least give whoever comes in a chance to have a look at his players and plan for next year with that knowledge.

I think the last few weeks showed just how little Brian had learnt from this year, but as one of only 2 people to ever take us to the top flight you would hope he will always be warmly regarded by Reading fans.

This is the first time in my history of supporting Reading FC (that's 25 years odd) that I've ever felt ashamed to be part of the club.

I am ashamed of the board for making such a gutless, heartless and totally incomprehensible decision.
I am ashamed of the person (currently) at the head of that board.
I am ashamed of the players for not fighting hard for the Manager.
I am ashamed of the oxf*rd who masquerade as fans, who have been calling for this.

I don't just wish Brian the best of luck - I wish him success at our expense. I hope he comes back to our place next season, with his new team (he'll have one of those almost immediately) and in the last game of the season takes promotion away from us - It is no less than the owners, and a large chunk of support deserve.

I hereby remove my support for this football club until someone can explain this decision as anything other than a power hungry Russian to**er flexing his muscles, against one of the most loyal, talented and central figures of 10 years of SUSTAINED success at this club. ZINGAREVICH OUT.
