are there any other rumors? i would have thought we would have our whole squad by the time we left for portugal, but it seems increasingly unlikely.

A partnership with Juventus is the latest one.

What would be the point.
we already have a partnership with Galatasaray and they wont even give us a friendly when they are already in England, preferring instead to play Shrewsbury Town and Notts county.

LoyalRoyal22 I think Gunter will prove to be the best right back in the league this season.

Gotta agree with this, especially if you get him and McCleary linking up again.

Yep, being saying that since the end of last season. I'm sure we'll be proved wrong, mind.

Some people said it at the BEGINNING of last season. And how wrong they were proved

Some people said that he'd be a top player in the C'ship at the beginning of last season?

He's already proven himself to be a top championship full-back, and he was one of the most improved players after Adkins came in. Bore off.

I would happily be proved wrong and see this happen.

He may well have done two years ago; he may well have improved under Adkins, despite some horrendous clangers, but for most of last season he was dreadful, and frightened of the ball.

not quite, clearly - but many on here were excited at the prospect of a right side of Gunter and McCleary. It never really happened now did it.

One thing is definite, it's all gone very quiet. I hope a stunning forward signing is slowly making it's way into the public domain. Sharp would be a good piece of business to fight for a place but we need a Rhodes or a Hooper or an Austin to guarantee the goals. Can we afford them? Would they come to us? I bloody hope so. We have good signings so far but we need the next three to be equally interesting.

RFC confirm that Daniel Carrico has arrived in Seville to undergo a medical examination with a view to completing a loan move to Sevilla.

I can see Church being the top striker in whichever division he's in. I can also see an RFC team being brilliant but lacking the goals for immediate Promotion. One of the previous two statements is true.

Its 100% not going to be the first one....actually he might go to the SPL, so yes he could be

It's looking like Hooper to QPR and Sharp to Celtic. Hope we have good alternative targets. We may need 2 forwards if Pavel leaves. :|
