WHY is Alex Pearce so so bad these days? When we won the Championship in 2012 under our previous regime Pearce was POTS, now he is an absolute liability week-in week-out.

Pearce - Monumentally good, and was crucial to that majestic run of 1-0 wins to see us go up

Hector admittedly lacks experience but has shown how good he can be at points.

It's not the fault if individuals.
Yes, Pearce's oggy was unlucky, but someone with the (lack of) pace like Pearce shouldn't isolated one on one. If the defensive unit and midfield can't position themselves correctly, individuals get isolated and tend to look sh1t.
Everyone's been gunning Gunter too, but with better management and coaching he's proven to be decent (plays well for Wales).
The problem is the coaching and management.

The ball shouldn't be hitting anyone on the foot at the back post. If you want to hand out blame to individual players then the 1st goal is on Danny Williams for missing his header.

For the 2nd goal Michael Hector has been absolutely done by a long ball. I've said all season he's oxf*rd useless at judging the flight of a ball/getting himself in position.

Certainly Pearce has not coped well in either situation, but he's found himself in serious danger due to the team's inept defending.

The team has defended terribly all season. That's the manager's fault.
If we can't defend oxf*rd corners, then that is the manager's fault.
If there is nobody on the posts at a corner, one can only assume that is the manager's decision.
The manager and coaching staff ought to have taught Hector not to get done by long balls by now.
