Shame that we still have to put up with restricted views at Premiership grounds, m8. Especially the amount you have to fork out for them.

Wasn't at Rotherham, but thank you for asking. With the Gunners tomorrow night, it would have been too much to attend Villa, Rotherham, Arsenal & Forest in 11 days.

Didn't have you down as one of those fans that only does away games if it's a big cup game like Arsenal.

I've done Arsenal away loads of times following the Royals, but thank you for asking. Not expecting the Gunners to put out the first team tomorrow so don't think we can class it as a 'big game'. Be good to see a few Reading boys in a packed away end though.

Was yesterday's big game, your first of the season?

I see. You're a 'day tripper' so to speak when it comes to away games.

2nd game of the season for me yesterday.

Thank you for your reply.

I've done 71 grounds following the Royals and never heard the expression 'day tripper' before, although for most of those away games I did come back the same day so I can see where you are coming from. Stayed over for Newcastle and crashed on someone's floor after Leyton Orient once so I guess they were 'over nighters'.

Well done, m8. Nothing better than being there :!:

Serious question Kes.

When you saw the team Chelsea put out, did you a feel a little deflated and let down? Thousands of hooligans / fans paying good money, many taking breaks from day centres / care homes.

No disrespect to the players involved, it's good experience for them. But so early on in the season with no obvious sign of a winning anything I thought Conte would have put out a stronger team than that.

I can understand teams who are competing in Europe and have a busy schedule coming up. But a Wednesday game after a Sunday game, surely most of those who eased past Man Utd could have managed to play at the London Stadium?

Conte has put himself in a position of having absolutely no excuses now. No European football and now out of one of the cups in October gives Chelsea a massive advantage over the other clubs near the top. I can't imagine securing a top 4 spot will be that difficult for them anyway tbh, but it will be lolz galore if he somehow manages to balls that up from here.

I'd agree with that Winston. Given the lighter schedule we have there should be no excuses for not finishing in the top 4.

Quite clearly a 40+ year old got so rattLOLed about my genuine question on the team board he had to post this.

I know right. I ask a perfectly acceptable question on the team board. A grown up gets so rattLOLed by it, he resorts to that!

Unbelievable isn't it!

No Fixed Abode I can't think of anything remotely clever as a comeback so I'll just try to bluster this one out again.
