For what it's worth*, I think there should be a rule in play regarding what matches TV can show live in the 3rd round.
The requirement should be lower league team at home to higher league team.

In short, based on last weekend:
West Ham v Man City - NO
Man U v Reading - NO
Preston v Arsenal - YES
Liverpool v Plymouth - NO
Spurs v Villa - NO
Cambridge v Leeds - YES

And, coincidentally, which 2 of those 6 matches were the best for the neutral to watch?

I rest my case.

Yours sincerely,
Elton Welsby

Derby vs Leicester - YES

In fact, I think the TV stations might have clocked this. Looking at the 4th round games on telly, only United's isn't a big team away at someone smaller. :?

Are you suggesting that Wolves are a big team away to smaller Liverpool?

Just seen Wolves go 2-0 up, maybe you were correct!

Good goal Milwall

Nice to see Cummings (and mariappa) again

As another two of the "incidental" Premier teams bow out

Yeah, that was a peach of a cross and a delightful volley.

Hull get a penalty, Hernandez takes... missed. Hernandez is tripped on the rebound, they get another penalty, and Hernandez misses that one too

Early days and the result will likely be positive for United but it is good to see a Championship team actually putting up a bit of fight at Old Trafford.

maybe it's just me......but

when your (obviously) superior team scab that winning goal (Spurs v Wycombe yesterday being a fine example) do you go mental...or should you just shrug your shoulders?

Of course, we would all clap the likes of Slough/Thatcham Town etc off of the pitch....but does a little bit of you want to see the likes of them win .........and feel a little embarrassed by your celebrations when your full-time, fit and professional team gets that result ?

BR0B0T are you watching Merseyside???

What a strange posting.
Is it something to do with being out of the FA Cup?
If so, what about:
Are you watching South Coast (with Brighton, Saints and Bournemouth no longer in it)? or
Are you watching Wales and the West Country or
Are you watching most of Yorkshire?

Same as with their 17 game unbeaten run where they beat such luminaries as Middlesbrough, Palace and Sunderland.
