A lot of fair and positive comments about us last night from QPR fans. Some very surprised (like us all) with current league position and dont see us being down there much longer. The real evident comment though was how good Ejaria is.

Number 14 they’ve got on loan from Liverpool was brilliant. Just brilliant. What a player he looks - great for England.

I do hope its a done deal that he is staying come end of the season.

Overall good but some shocking bits (Miazga's defending on one freekick).

Rather glad that no-one seems to have been frozen out by Bowen (Boye, at a push, but no tears shed) and we seem to have Baldock and McCleary back in the fold. Puscas is clearly talented but also struggling a bit with the physicality of the league, he needs a partner that will give him space. Baldock did this, not by being a battering ram but from movement. Good to see.

It's will take Bowen time, but the last two games have gone as well as they could have.

Yesterday we were more direct, had strength and ability in midfield and were more dangerous up front so signs are positive.

Bowens priority when he is allowed to spend is a couple of fullbacks and a Moore replacement.

Agree, given games, he will become a player with us.

I just don't know where he will fit in to out first 11 now.

I couldn’t care less if Baldock’s not prolific, if he manages to get the best out of the striker next to him who should be. Reminds me a bit of Noel Hunt in that respect.

Also love the hard-man approach from Miazga...yes he took it too far, but we’ve been waiting for a nasty player for a while. His presence in the team can’t be underestimated.

Pleasing to see a manager who’s picked a logical team in both games so far, and sensible subs. The only change I would make is having 2 defensive midfielders in away games. But hard to drop either Swift or Ejaria so fair plays

I try not to recall Hope Akpan at all. Will never forget that assist for Alf against Chelsea though.

Brian's signings were so cheap, he would get away with a rare poor signing.

Allan still went on to have a decent, league career though.

Agree. Puscas's goal was very good and hugely important, yet too many berate him because he lost the ball in midfield and a goal resulted. He did but there were plenty of defenders back and THEY also did poorly. Had one of them done his job, Puscas' mistake would have been soon forgotten.

I like Baldock (and a Baldock-Puscas partnership) but he spurned a GREAT goal chance. Puscas would have been ripped a new one by our "fans" if he had missed that almost-sitter.

So Puscas gets a goal and is HALF responsible for conceding one.

Baldock gets a goal and misses a massive chance.

If that was all we were judging, Puscas would edge Baldock.

I thought they both deserved 7s, Ejaria an 8

Keeper was in no mans land for Puscas' goal. Great finish, but should have been much tougher given the angle and distance from goal.
