Zip Hunt comes across as a positive guy. We know how hard working he was on the pitch. Whether he has the technical skills to succeed remains to be seen but another former player back at the club is no bad thing.

It's a good place for him to build his own coaching career. As much as being at Reading at this time isn't great, starting your coaching career off wanting to be on the training field coaching a group of talented youngsters in a category one development league in and around familiar surroundings where you're going to be respected because of your name is probably about as good as any young coach would want it.
I see it as a positive move and I hope he does well and we can eventually blood him into the first team set up as well. Organically producing coaches is something we should aspire to do, not just our players.
