Hard to argue that Ince has done a decent job. Don't want him anywhere near the job full time but short term has been a fairly good fit.

He's got bags of talent, but is absolutely riddled with stupid, lazy, easy unforced mistakes.
He should be bossing this league, but instead he's a liability for about a quarter of most games.
