Snowflake Royalblythspartan I see that Sam Smith had a pretty productive season at Cambridge. Is there anyone on here who lives fairly close and seen him play? I liked him but then he seemed to struggle for a while. Maybe league 1 is his level.
Haven't got to any games, but know a STH and it's more he's found his level. I think.

Sometimes you have to take a step back before making steps forward. Simon Cox and Michail Antonio spring to mind. I wouldn’t write the lad off just yet.

Brogue Teddy Howe released from non league Barnet after just 4 months. Another one in the eye for all the bedwetters who threw a tizzy when he left

Hound It’s almost as if some people want these players to fail so they can delight in telling people who wrong they are
Howe looked ok for us at times and it’s a shame he looks to be struggling to make it

The Royal Forester Alex Pearce has said he "would crawl back" to sign for Reading. would he do so for the pittance we can afford to pay him though?

The Royal Forester Just seen on the Club website Jimmy Whitehouse has passed away at the age of 87. How the days of seeing the two Jimmy W's (Whitehouse and Wheeler) knocking in the goals, come flooding back. What a bargain at 250 quid he was!

A classy ball playing inside-forward (attacking midfielder)-didn't he have a brother Brian who may have played for WBA?
I think Jimmy may have come from there, gone there or perhaps to Coventry?
It's a long time ago to remember on a Wednesday afternoon.

Especially one that was slow 10 years ago.
