Sanguine In Portugal, nine-time Europa League entrants Maritimo are battling a first relegation to Segunda Divisao for nearly 40 years, currently in 18th and facing a relegation play-off in May.

you know who their manager is?

Oh I do. And for the second time as well. He was also shite the first time.

Gomes has 18 managerial appointments in 20 years, and has only reached 45 games in charge in two of those spells. He has managed eight different Portugese sides.

as I said on a previous page, top of the Portuguese League is something to keep an eye on for a possible upset. Benfica have had a real wobble recently meaning they are only 4 points ahead, and in their 5 remaining games they have to play Sporting Lisbon & Braga!

The head to head between Porto & Benfica is the same so if they are level on points it would come down to GD which Benfica are ahead on

Dortmund screw it up immediately and had the initiative back to Bayern, only drawing 1-1 at Bochum.

Looks like they were denied a stonewall penalty at 1-1.

Toulouse win the Coupe de France. The first major trophy in the clubs history. They came up from Ligue 2 last season.

Campodipietra, bottom of the Italian 5th division having scored 4 goals all season and conceded 235

They had a failed takeover and were apparently due to fold but have managed to keep going putting just youth team players out

They are playing table toppers Campobasso today who have scored 114 goals

Reckon you might run out of fingers and toes counting the score today

Toulouse are owned by Redbird and are now in the Europe League. Redbird also own AC Milan who are in 4th place in Serie A, level on points with 5th which would be a Europa League spot.

UEFA rules say no 2 clubs with the same owner can be in the same competition

Napoli score! Going to be a hell of a party in Naples in 30 minutes if it stays this way

When the goal was scored the ref took the ball and gave it to an official at the side who put it in a bag and took it away. Same happened after every goal in the Inter game earlier :?

Why? Are they making the most of a match ball raffle?

Just read that every goal scored in Serie A this weekend the ball is taken straight after the goal so that they can be auctioned off. Some given away to competition winners.

That was a local derby too. With an aggreagate of 34-0 over the two games, Campobasso might just have the bragging rights this year.

Top of Segunda is nuts right now. 4 games left. Top of the league Eibar have been doing their best to throw it away for weeks but those just below them also seem to not want it.

Eibar haven't won in 6 games, but the chasing pack have a similar record.

Of the last combined 25 games the top 5 have played there is just 5 wins in there.

At the other end Malaga have gone on a sensational run to pull themselves away from relegation
