Armadillo Roadkill Dellor didn't claim it was all 100% confirmed as true, he was just reporting what he'd been sold by "senior sources" inside the club.
(BTW I know I'm always backing him up - just to be clear, I am not him).

WestYorksRoyal Sounds like they're trying to pressure Taylor to commit to it by opening up to other parties, and we're in a whole world of trouble if it doesn't work.
Given the only people who can place us into administration are the Dais and Pang, it seems like a completely bonkers idea, but then if they were acting rationally they wouldn't have taken Couhig's money long ago.

Armadillo Roadkill Dellor's update as of 18:17 this evening on BBCRB.
Club seriously worried about how to pay the bills at the end of this month.
Taylor confirmed as the potential buyer that was in exclusivity. this is now finished. he's still as serious contender.
Club seriously considering administration.
Club confident Couhig's court case isn't a blocker to the sale.
Dai is in the UK working on the sale.

There comes a point when they have no choice. And that seems to be when they file the very late accounts.
They haven't been filled because we're obviously not a going concern and they either have to say that and begin Administration or liquidation, or commit fraud.
Is at least my understanding from the things people far more in the know than me have posted about the subject.
Plus Administration means Dai gets less, but it also can mean a CVA, which means everyone he's built up debts with over the last 2 years of not funding the club probably gets pennies in the pound. Now so does he, but he's already not getting anywhere close to his £230m back, and having that huge debt means he'll get the biggest slice still. Is my guess.
I also wouldn't believe just because someone told Dellor Dai's actively working on it and trying to sell that it's true. We've been told that for 18 months.

Really can’t help but hope Smee wins out in the end, just wish he had some serious money behind him.

Mid Sussex Royal Dellor has just said that next week is massive, either near to a deal being done or near to administration.
Don't shoot the messenger.

WestYorksRoyal The noise about administration has been put out intentionally so that player sales don't seem so bad. We've dealt with this bullshit for years now and can all see straight through it.
