Should let Boremuff and Barcelona & Hove Albion in then, they’d really **** up the rest of Europe.

Hate this extra place in the CL (and the UEFA/Europa Cup thing) through the back door, it’s just lunacy when you consider so many smaller countries aren’t even allowed to have their champions in the CL in the first place. If there is an extra place available in the CL then it should go to these smaller clubs not be given to useless failures who can’t even make a top 3/4/5 league cut domestically.

But then I suppose it’s only right that these useless failures should get to stay on the gravy train

Err, every country gets a place in the CL except Liechtenstein (doesn't have its own league, their teams play in the Swiss league) and Russia (banned).

Even Gibraltar gets a place and they've only got 6 teams.

Could also argue that given all 3 relegation places have been confirmed for a while, both Utd and Spurs have taken their eye off the league and putting all their eggs in the EL basket.
