I kinda hope we don't get games lost to International breaks, it just seems that the games are better spaced out in the original time scheduled and I wouldn't be at all surprised to find out teams that could have games postponed due to Internationals decline it.

And now those w*nkers at Sky have switched our pre Christmas Saturday game home to Luton which should of been Sat Dec 20th to Thursday night Dec 18th, absolute c*nts , ruining many of us a match day pre Christmas piss up

But on the upside, now you can all make your wives/girlfriends happy by doing Xmas shopping with them on a Saturday instead.

Or just not tell them the game has moved and go out on the piss without all that irritating football lark getting in the way of a good time

But then they'd know you were lying cos you wouldn't come home in the usual "another Reading game" depressive state.

We don’t seem to have a thread for it this season, but my back of a fag packet table (based purely on vibes and no analysis of transfers, etc.) prediction is:
  1. Huddersfield
  2. Luton
  3. Stockport
  4. Cardiff
  5. Bolton
  6. Plymouth
  7. Blackpool
  8. Wycombe
  9. Reading
  10. Leyton Orient
  11. Rotherham
  12. Lincoln
  13. Peterborough
  14. Barnsley
  15. Bradford
  16. Mansfield
  17. Wigan
  18. Stevenage
  19. Port Vale
  20. Doncaster
  21. Northampton
  22. Exeter
  23. Burton
  24. Wimbledon

Heard at the weekend Northampton a week Saturday is 99% likely to be off because of the international break.

I don’t know about Northampton's internationals, but with ours, I reckon we'll look quite closely at who is away and how we perform vs Vale before deciding whether we want it moved.

Play well and beat Vale, I imagine we'll want to maintain momentum and play unless it leaves a big hole in our side, weakening it a lot.

Multiple players have been informed they are either being called up or on standby.

Dorsett, Savage, Fraser, O'Mahoney, Elliot, Garcia, Camara have all featured for countries prior at various youth groups or senior teams.

Well, certainly if its that lot we aren't playing.

Just Dorsett, Fraser and Garcia might be slightly different

Game will be off, it only takes 3 players called up to get a game postponed and Dorsett, Fraser and Garcia would do it.

It's voluntary isn't it?

As I understand it, but I don't recall any team having the opportunity and not taking it.

In any case, there's a reasonably strong argument to postpone games early on, giving the squad time to gel on the training pitch and putting games later in the season where other teams have less time to react.
