I assume that this is the new membership/subscription thing that Couhig mentioned yesterday.

I had heard that this was coming, with different tiers.

Ah right - I didn't know that's what the club did. I thought the OP just took the image from an article or some kind of announcement. I did check the ReadingFC site and twitter account for a few seconds to see the latest update but couldn't see it
