09 Aug 2025 14:57The they've got a nett spend of £600k over the past 2 seasons. Whilst it's above average for League 1, it's about £1m less than Wycombe over the same periodJackson Corner wrote:Where do Huddersfield get all there money. Would be so typical if Hunt was sacked and replaced with Gareth bloody Ainsworthretro royal wrote:Do wonder if Hunt's being set up for a fall, was that a vote of confidence in the week
I’ll be down for the Wimbledon game and I for one will be seriously worried and fecked off if we lose that !WestYorksRoyal wrote:The bedwetters will be out in force next week if we can't beat Wimbledon.
For sure. Think you need to cut a new, young team some slack for the opening 2 games, but no excuses can be made against Wimbledon.Royal Monkey wrote:I’ll be down for the Wimbledon game and I for one will be seriously worried and fecked off if we lose that !WestYorksRoyal wrote:The bedwetters will be out in force next week if we can't beat Wimbledon.

I think we should consider new owners.
I don’t think a defeat is the end of the world, but it would be a start of some worry.Royal Monkey wrote:I’ll be down for the Wimbledon game and I for one will be seriously worried and fecked off if we lose that !WestYorksRoyal wrote:The bedwetters will be out in force next week if we can't beat Wimbledon.
Yeah I totally expected to lose the first two games and hopefully we will start to click with one or two more additions to the squad as this ain’t the finished team so I ain’t panicking yet.WestYorksRoyal wrote:For sure. You can't have panic stations after 3 games with the window still open. But if it's a similar story against Wimbledon as against Lincoln and Huddersfield, the scale of the task to get this team performing is clearly a lot bigger than many of us currently appreciate.Snowflake Royal wrote:I don’t think a defeat is the end of the world, but it would be a start of some worry.Royal Monkey wrote:I’ll be down for the Wimbledon game and I for one will be seriously worried and fecked off if we lose that !WestYorksRoyal wrote:The bedwetters will be out in force next week if we can't beat Wimbledon.
I want to see (well I want you lot to see, I'll be travelling) some more creativity up top.
Worth remembering we're arguably down two first choice defenders, and Wing got injured today. It's hardly a great start on top of having to bed in two thirds of a new team.
Feel we've got some nicer one and two touch passing through midfield going now, than last season.WestYorksRoyal wrote:You can't have panic stations after 3 games with the window still open.
