On a (slightly) serious note - why would Guardiola, even if he did leave Barca, take a job with Chelsea. Wouldn't he be better off waiting to take over from Ferguson.

The problem seems to be that any decent manager with a reputation can get themselves a decent bank account, but lose srious credibility.
