Scunthorpe being real charitable and taking away the most conceded title from ourselves and Peterborough on the final day.

Forest must be gutted, score in the last minute and a win gives them a game against Luton, but Hull equalise. now they have Sheffield utd.

A final word about Fulham; since the old 1st Division became the Premier League 29 seasons ago in 1992/93, only on 7 occasions has the team winning the 2nd tier got fewer than 90 points. In other words, "the greatest ever Championship team" (copyright Sky Sports whenever they showed Fulham this season) are statistically only the joint 20th "greatest ever Championship team".

It must be rare that the Champions lose ten games.

Still gives me a nice warm glow to think we lost only 1 in 45

That’s what you call class

No longer rivals - but the Derby County mess rumbles on. Kirchner given until the weekend to solve outstanding issues - just the small matter of the stadium

It appears he's got the money for the club with a plan to keep them afloat for 2 years, but not a penny for the stadium. That bid sounds doomed to fail. Fit and proper test etc? lol.

Mike Ashley is waiting in the wings and its surely going to come back to him. He will do this the other way round. Get the stadium, and then sort out the club and finances after. What that means for Derby, god only knows. Surely a further points deduction awaits.

The administrators really don’t seem to have done much of a job at Derby. It does look like Kirchner’s bid is in trouble. This could drag on for months yet.

Yes, mentioned to a Bournemouth fan this morning that their own 88 points doesn't augur well for next season and neither of these teams has impressed as much as Norwich did a couple of seasons ago and look what has happened to them.

Hopefully, in terms of how badly they do and how well we do, we get to play them both again the season after next.

The exclusivity period that Kirchner had expired on Saturday evening, hence Ashley back in the picture.

I read that Derby Council were planning to buy the stadium and then lease it back to Derby County FC, regardless as to who owns the club......

Is giving Mel Morris 22m really the best use of council money?

Something very wrong isn't there.
Won't Derby get another points deduction as well if this drags on longer?

The points deduction will depend upon the deal the administrators cut with the new owner. If that deal results in creditors getting back less than 25 pence for every pound of debt owed then a 15 point deduction will apply.

After listening to a Sheff Wed fan on 606 last Saturday saying what "giants" Wed and Sunderland are and they should be in the PL because of their huge fan base, I'll be rooting for Sunderland tonight and Wycombe in the final.
Oddly enough there are loads of spare seats for a big game.

Yep, keep these "Giants" in League One, it's funny.

When League One contains these Giants like:

Sunderland
Sheff Wed
Bolton
Portsmouth
Ipswich
Charlton

and it's Wigan, Rotherham and Wycombe who earn promotion.
