What are the age restrictions on player selection for Reading in the Berks & Bucks Senior Cup ?

None - we can play any signed player we want. Purcell is playing because he’s at Farnbrough on a youth loan which means he can play in this for us. We could also play trialists providing they aren’t cup tied.

Milton Keynes v Bracknell or Wycombe
If Bracknell beat Wycombe tomorrow they will be at home to MK Dons.

Difficult with fixture congestion- maybe Bank Holiday Monday 1st May could have been considered.

They seemed to have managed to make it a weekend game for virtually (if not every) final for the past near 150 years or so though, so why is this year different?

Hungerford’s second was scored by a player who only signed today !
Hungerford out out a very weakened team, clearly points in the league you priority but a real shame to miss out on a home game against probably one of the best teams in Berkshire.

Last years final was on May day Monday bank Holiday- 1st team were at Luton in the final match of the season. Also several non- league teams play their mid-week matches on a Monday including Beaconsfield and Hitchin.
