Isn’t part of why people like him that he came as a very inexperienced manager, made mistakes but learned and improved as a manager whilst being an obviously decent bloke. I’d say the good things about him significantly outweighed the less good and certainly several of those on the list above him had some defects too….MartinRdg wrote:Everyone seems to have rose-tinted glasses! He was also a lot more handsome than the others listed too. Has to be in the conversation of most handsome Reading manager of all time.Crusader Royal wrote:Isn’t part of why people like him that he came as a very inexperienced manager, made mistakes but learned and improved as a manager whilst being an obviously decent bloke. It's a pretty low bar tbh. Can't comment on anyone pre-McGhee so I'd have to say Selles, Gomes, and Pardew, I guess. Quick Google search suggests Branfoot could be a contender, if one of the old boys can confirm xOrion1871 wrote:Who are your top 3 most attractive managers, Pepe?Pepe the Horseman wrote:He was also a lot more handsome than the others listed too. Everyone's gone home at our end!WestYorksRoyal wrote:They're probably waiting for the statement at our end to be ready, at some tonight Hull will get fed up and just announce it themselves.
It's courtesy for both sides to release statements at the same time without pulling the rug out from the other.windermereROYAL wrote:Why would they be waiting for us? it`s happening.
A Hull journo said about an hour ago he was at the stadium after having done a tour of the training facilities. I imagine it's simply about signing the paperwork now.windermereROYAL wrote:Why would they be waiting for us? it`s happening.

Not the clubs fault then if he insisted it was included.Mid Sussex Royal wrote:
