With a phenomenal performance that was like a one-man Tuesday away at Stoke. It wasn't just the goals or the assists, he was winning the ball in the Leicester half at times. I presume he'll get injured soon, but it would be great to see him keep that form up. Is he the most successful Reading alumnus that we can still talk about?
Sidwell still surely.
Like to understand your reasoning for this selection!!!!
Went to a club, and played a bit, who won top trophies. Then had a long successful career in the top flight.

Gylfi is surely our most successful export? International appearances, playing at the top level for a long time etc.

He's being omitted for obvious off the field question marks right now.

Otherwise, obviously.

Be interested to know what trophies you think he won. Won nothing anywhere else, injured (badly) more than he played and key component of a team that got relegated. His main successes are playing key part in getting Reading and Brighton promoted.

But if "played for a bit" counts as main factor of your selection, fair play.

Should not be omitted for something that absolutely is not proven, may not be real and has not been verified.

As of now we should not tarnish his name or just forget about him.

NathStPaul is correct and he is by far our most successful player.

Stam really oxf*rd his career didn't he.

Over hyped him. Over exposed him. Taught him bad habits. Now his career is down the toilet.

While Stam didn't help, Kelly believed his own hype and didn't help himself with that England call-up business.

Yep fully agree, Stam to blame. Rather than keep Kelly's feet on the ground he compared him to Iniesta at one point if memory serves me right. For Liam Kelly to turn down the Republic of Ireland shows you how far his dillusion went.

Would also say Liam Kelly was extremely immature away from the pitch, seen a few examples of him contacting supporters girlfriends on Snapchat when he was with us giving it the biggun.

Believed Stam's hype.

Yep, hopefully the whole Feyernoord experience has seen him learn a lesson or 2. He's only 25 and if has a decent season at Rochdale, could easily get back up to L1 or even Champ level in a couple of seasons - he certainly has the talent.

Alex McCarthy signs a new contract with Southampton. Saints fans I've seen on Reddit disappointed they've chosen to keep him as number 1 and not sign a new keeper.

Just looked on their forum site and disappointed is an understatement.
