Club 1871 has worked. Not only is the atmosphere improved but we no longer have away teams completely filling the South Stand and making more noise than the home fans.
The players appreciate it too.

That pretty much sums up the experience and result.

Couldn't agree more. It used to be embarrassing sitting there for 2 hours hearing nothing but away fans taking the piss out of us..

It depends my friend. Some folks on here like to believe know a good beer from a bad beer.
Don't get me wrong, you won't get a solid ale (Bishops Finger, Doom Bar, Abbot, Speckled Hen, Pride, Directors etc etc) in the ground, but years ago you would not have got ANY ale in (or very near) a ground. So trust me, it is better these dats than it used to be.

And fair play to you....directing me off of the topic. C1871 excellent. Beer...could be better...but get tanked in town before the game and half hour walk to the ground. Job done.
