Professional performances have won us the league and well done to everyone in and around the team. I'm almost prouder this time than in 2006 after the rollercoaster that has been supporting RFC since McDermott came in. Thousands of miles away from home but unbelievably proud of what RFC have acheived this season. There are times when the club's methods are questioned, but we are run in the correct manner. The fact that cheating Portsmouth were relegated the same day makes this even sweeter.

Just watched disc two of the Champions DVD. How weird is it that for some reason this one feels better? Maybe because it was not expected, even up to last weekend. Take nothing away from the 106 team but this feel sweeter. Maybe Wembley last May has added some depth to my feeling tonight.

Was listening to 5Live on my way back to Brum, going through Wallingford at the time we were crowned Champions, listening to Roberts nearly start blubbing on the radio. And me and Dad nearly joined him!

The other nice thing about being champions is the satisfying ability to be able to look at the table on SSN for the rest of the summer with us on top with a big (C) next to us. Happy days!
