Some will become stars, others will simply become more marketable as they've been at Bayern for a year. Clever business plan and helps inflate the transfer budget to buy the those who will definitely improve the first team.

Decent business plan actually. Entice a relatively decent out of contract young english player, give him a few games, put the word out and that adds £10m onto a re-sale fee which English clubs will think its a bargain as he played for Bayern.
