You just have to find something to whinge about, doubt anyone buying it expected a great deal of use by the team. Try a bit of positivity in your life, it gets a much happier place!
I’m entitled to an option. This is a football forum where we discuss things and share opinions on all things Reading FC, including from time to time the kit. It’s fine for you to disagree with my opinion, because you are sharing your opinion. You see , that’s how life works. Someone says something, some agree, some don’t. So I’m not sure why you are following me around the board posting on my every comment making digs at me. Some might say you’re a bit rattLoLed. I bought it and knew full well it’d get minimum use, but it looks good to me and it’s different to what the club has had before plus I’m not one of them that has to go to the game wearing exactly the same shirt as the players.nailseabiscuitman wrote: ↑25 Apr 2026 13:58You just have to find something to whinge about, doubt anyone buying it expected a great deal of use by the team. Yeah I wouldn’t go round advertising that as a fully grown adult you are buying football shirts. I bet you bought the shorts and socks too and walk around as a full kit vvankerSutekh wrote: ↑25 Apr 2026 14:16I bought it and knew full well it’d get minimum use, but it looks good to me and it’s different to what the club has had before plus I’m not one of them that has to go to the game wearing exactly the same shirt as the players.nailseabiscuitman wrote: ↑25 Apr 2026 13:58You just have to find something to whinge about, doubt anyone buying it expected a great deal of use by the team. I like reasoned discussion as much as anyone on here and of course there are opinions I agree with and some I don't. But mostly they are reasoned opinions and I respect them and find no need to post. But just strikes me your dislike of the hierarchy isn't a reasoned opinion. Why should I be rattled? The Internet not for me? I've been supporting Reading since I was a 15 year old, so now 65 years of supporting them, long enough to know that things don't always go our way, that managers make good and bad decisions and certainly long enough to know that players and managers divide opinions. But no one running or managing a team wants anything other than success so get behind them, things might get better. From having watched us stay in the football league by the skin of our teeth at Chesterfield ( and yes I was there) to seeing us in the Premiership I know this can be true. Enjoy the ride!!Brogue wrote: ↑25 Apr 2026 14:16I’m entitled to an option. Yeah I’m not reading all that. I made a valid observation about the kit with my opinion added on. I don’t really care what you think.nailseabiscuitman wrote: ↑25 Apr 2026 14:36I like reasoned discussion as much as anyone on here and of course there are opinions I agree with and some I don't. No it’s ex-Hereford midfielder Jack Holmes, Tom went back to Luton in January.Mid Sussex Royal wrote: ↑25 Apr 2026 14:49 Is the Holmes playing for them Tom Holmes? Was on loan there but thought it was only half a season.
Tldr he's been watching Reading for years, don't complain and enjoy it no matter how shit the tactics are.Brogue wrote: ↑25 Apr 2026 14:40Yeah I’m not reading all that.
