Maybe it's the lack of leaders on the pitch that's the problem, Ideally you'd have one in central defence, one in midfield and one in goal all barking out orders to their team mates.
Even if it's our official Captain who needs a talking to, someone should have the balls to do it - tell him to get his head in the game, stop losing the ball, keep it simple, that kind of thing as and when required.
