I remember Elm Park very well, and i cant remember many pepoile holding biscuits ready for a avalance on a player.

YES ! - I do a very half-arsed affair with strange cartoons and captions sold for one or two seasons at Elm Park back in the early nineties !

I might still have a copy at home as it happens !

Hey, I was put into the Bradford side for that game as well. I always thought I was TTB's worst player but even I managed to take the ball past three and almost lobbed the keeper only to see the ball roll along the top of the crossbar and drop back into play... those were the days.

I still remember the team song. "Uncle Andy out, uncle Andy out..." and his favourite pieces of tactical advice "If you can't get the man go for the ball" and "Dodecahedrons" as he thought this was more clever the shouting "Triangles".

Not that anyone took the slightest bit of notice of him (some things never change).

To throw some light on the subject, Huntley and Palmers made biscuits, hence the original name. They were, however, pre Hob Nob days but they were most famous for their GINGER NUTS.
