The club have just received plaudits for their anti-racism stance and they are thinking of signing this bloke???Ideal wrote:Roman Kienast is an Austrian international who plays for HamKam (Hamar Kameratene FK) in Norway.runrunrunrungilksey wrote:A community coach at one of the "Elite" centres, heard that Dolan was speaking with representatives for Roman Keinast who plays for Switzerland. They are bottom of the league and he hasn't scored a single goal all season.
He's a target man type striker. Doesn't score very many goals but is a big physical presence when he can be bothered to put any effort in.
In the top division in Norway he just can not score.
HamKam were relegated 2006 - he scored only 3 goals that season, and in 2007 he did score approx 20 goals in the "adecco league" which is basicly div 2.
Just to sum it up, this guy is not good enough for the Norwegian top division but seems to do allright in the Norwegian div 2 which is a pretty awful standard of football.
I think he's very lazy.
15.12.2006 he was also suspended for three matches by the Norwegian FA, for racially abusing an opponent, Daniel Nannskog.
According to Nannskog, Kienast called him "fcuking monkey", "you fcuking monkey" and "fcuking n*gger"...
I agree. I expect Coppell is going to get English players (or players with English league experience) for the now. I really do think we have a chance of getting back up - even with the inevitable losses to our squad...RoyalBlue wrote:The club have just received plaudits for their anti-racism stance and they are thinking of signing this bloke???Ideal wrote:Roman Kienast is an Austrian international who plays for HamKam (Hamar Kameratene FK) in Norway.runrunrunrungilksey wrote:A community coach at one of the "Elite" centres, heard that Dolan was speaking with representatives for Roman Keinast who plays for Switzerland. As for other signings, I would reckon a couple within the next few days covering our existing gaps i.e. left back (only Shorey's body still has to leave RFC) and a right sided midfielder/winger. I also suspect the club will return to relatively safe hunting fields of players with experience at this level in the English game.

I'm not sure which is the most cynical.cmonurz wrote:I have a feeling we won't sign anyone.
Even after we sell Hunt, Doyle, Harper and Kitson? Shit...I thought I was pessimistic!cmonurz wrote:I have a feeling we won't sign anyone.
Not even a whole playerBarry the bird boggler wrote:You know what the deal will be; we'll sign 3/4 players

He was hilarious. Can we buy him?

Actually Waitrose don't. They pay extra and strive to provide their customers with the highest quality. So I hope it is a match made in heaven and RFC follow their lead.howser wrote:Wont it be "buy one get one free" now we are a supermarket team, ironic really they all do things on the cheap as well !! a match made in heaven !
