Yes. You can pause the video until they are in sync but they tended to slowly drift apart. Though probably from the video buffering for a fraction of a second every 5 minutes.John Smith wrote:Is there a delay if you watch the game and listen to BBCRB commentary on a separate radio?
Yes, but like said, you can pause the video and try to sync it up. Sadly, the BBCRB broadcast doesn't quite reach Nepal.John Smith wrote:Is there a delay if you watch the game and listen to BBCRB commentary on a separate radio?
Most wouldn't even earn that. I don't 'earn' anything as I'm a volunteer anyway. £110 was definitely a stretch for me, and even £45 I'm wondering about. I think I'll go with monthly and if we're playing anything like last season I won't bother. I have to get up at 12:45 am and set my computer to record the commentary as it is for the evening games (1:45 in GMT). I usually listened to them the next day.Green wrote:About a month's average salary in NepalRawlie19 wrote:I hope I'm proven wrong, but I'll turn on my VPN in August and pay the £45 for radio commentary (although I do think this is a high price also).
Hahaha! You thought Reading were bad last season?Green wrote:That's some dedication.
Can't you go and watch your local side?
No, the whole point in the VPN is to give the illusion you are outside the UK which iFollow is for.okanaganroyal wrote:Hi, have a VPN service with a server in Maidenhead would I be able to listen to Radio Berkshire commentary on the internet
Not quite. A VPN can give the illusion of being in many different countries. For instance, I live in Nepal but need to trick the iFollow servers into thinking I'm actually in the UK so I only have to pay £45 for the option to listen to live commentary and watch full match replay the day after (if so inclined). From outside the UK, I only have the option of paying £110 for live commentary, but also includes live match in HD as well, which isn't allowed from inside the UK. I don't want this as it was a waste of money last season, hence why I will be using a VPN to show me as being IN the UK.Whitley wrote:No, the whole point in the VPN is to give the illusion you are outside the UK which iFollow is for.okanaganroyal wrote:Hi, have a VPN service with a server in Maidenhead would I be able to listen to Radio Berkshire commentary on the internet
Cheers Geoff.John Smith wrote:I watched the game on my SkyBet app last night. Great quality but only sparse commentary for the first 10 mins.
Unfortunately I had stuff to do so only watched up until about 65mins.

Just log in to sky bet and find the game on there, they had a video feed for the Besiktas game, don't know if they will again today.Jagermesiter1871 wrote:how is this done?John Smith wrote:I watched the game on my SkyBet app last night. My suspicion is they won't as for Besiktas it came up on the Reading club homepage as an upcoming fixture, for which it doesn't for the Kazan game.Basildon wrote:Just log in to sky bet and find the game on there, they had a video feed for the Besiktas game, don't know if they will again today.Jagermesiter1871 wrote:how is this done?John Smith wrote:I watched the game on my SkyBet app last night.
