If the top 3 go up from league one, the bottom 4 go down and the top 4 of league 2 get promoted we'd actually have far fewer really long away trips.
Lots of medium distance games like Exeter, Port Vale, Shrewsbury, Peterborough, Derby and Burton.
Stevenage is an hour away, as is Bristol Rovers, Cheltenham, Pompey, MK Dons, Wycombe and Oxford are even nearer. Northampton is 90 minutes. Orient and Charlton are London ones.
I guess that's something to look forward to as this season has been full of depressingly long away trips, my car is literally panting from the miles I've covered to the likes of Blackpool, Hull and Sunderland. I would expect us to sell out quite a lot of away games. Especially if we were to start the season well
