Either way Bowen has nothing to lose.Orion1871 wrote:St Pauli wrote:Yeah I watched the same pre game build up.Uke wrote:
According to ITV the club sponsor made up the difference, so hat tip to SCL
Bowen and Selles openly critical of owners on TV
Also open support from ITV commentators
Players’ payment delay probably kicks in next month
Criticism of the owner at this point is cheap, given that the club is about to be sold and the current owners dngaf.
Have Selles and Bowen dipped into their substantial back pockets (over and above this month’s pay cheque) to see non playing staff right?
I think we both know the answer to that.
We'll see about that one. Not too confident given the Bowen interview before the game.
Pereira tried to move forward to smother ball at forward's feet but the shot was slipped between his legs. The villain in that goal, IMO, was Tom Holmes who was knocked over far too easily.Jackson Corner wrote:Humiliated on national TV thanks Reading. Not sure two teams who haven’t played a competitive fixture on over 30 years can be considered a rivalry. Although Dai Yonnge is doing a very good job at trying to revive the fixture.frimmers3 wrote:Cheer up..at least Aldershot still have a shout of being in the next round......

I'm surprised we didn't beat Eastleigh, yes. It was an ideal opportunity to keep our "decent" run of results going. I also thought that despite the managers shortcomings the personal pride of the players would see us through.Gunny Fishcake wrote:Is anybody actually surprised ?
