I suspect some of the reason we’ve got the loans we have is with the parent club fully expecting the player to be first choice

I’d expect Burns, O Mahony and Doyle all to have some sort of guarantee of game time or else a likely recall

That would certainly explain the lack of hesitation & conviction when Carey confirmed MOM as the incumbent CF for the season at the Purple Turtle event...
